April 6, 2010

Swedish death metallers VOLTURYON have pasted an audio sample of their forthcoming second album on the band's MySpace page.

Commented the group: "Here it is, a taste of what the new VOLTURYON songs and recording sounds like! It's a small sample for those of you who've been craving to hear what you can look forward to."

VOLTURYON's new album was recorded at Black Lounge Studio in Avesta, Sweden with producer Jonas Kjellgren (SCAR SYMMETRY, CENTINEX, WORLD BELOW).

The follow-up to 2008's "Blood Cure" will see VOLTURYON "taking [its] music to a new level and develop[ing] [its] sound and style," according to a press release.

Currently unsigned, VOLTURYON has spent the last couple of years playing shows, including at the Sweden Rock Festival in June 2008 where the band performed alongside AT THE GATES and CARCASS, among others.
